Talkdesk Express: Cancellations

Important to Notice

  • The authority to effectuate cancellations within the Talkdesk Express framework is exclusively vested in the Partner, thereby precluding end-users from undertaking any modifications, such as independently terminating a subscription.
  • Only the Partner is able to enact cancellations, a process seamlessly facilitated through the Support Dashboard.
  • No cancellations are permitted within the last 24 hours of each calendar month, governed by Pacific Standard Time (which aligns with a temporal offset of 8 hours behind Coordinated Universal Time).
  • Cancellations of existing Talkdesk Express subscriptions shall take effect on the last day of the calendar month following termination.
  • It is underscored that credits will not be issued for cancellations, and customers will retain access to their paid subscription throughout the remainder of the ongoing month.
  • The automated deprovisioning mechanism, wherein the instance transitions into a suspended state, occurs at the cessation of the canceled monthly subscription.

This Talkdesk Express API eliminates the need to log into any Talkdesk interface, allowing partners to seamlessly manage their resold instances, ensuring a fully dematerialised experience.

The Talkdesk Express API I includes 4 endpoints whose entitlement is only granted to signed and enabled partners of Talkdesk.
