- Talkdesk Partners are able to seamlessly transition into paying customers through a fully automated process, built with-in the “Billing” section of Talkdesk’s Support Dashboard (See below).
- At the point at which they convert, they will begin to incur a subscription fee per named user per month, as per Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).
- The automated ordering process requires the end-users to click to accept Terms & Conditions specified by the Talkdesk Partner.
- The Partner discount against the MSRP for Talkdesk Express is delineated in the partner’s reseller agreement at the “Bundled License” discount rate.
- Within the framework of the Click-to-Buy fully automated motion, the sale of Talkdesk Express is confined within defined parameters.
- This means for net-new customers transitioning from a trial to a paying customer status within the framework of the Click-to-Buy fully automated motion, Talkdesk mandates a monthly subscription renewal arrangement for the then number of named licenses provisioned in the respective Talkdesk Express instance.
- It is imperative to note that outside the Click-to-Buy automated process, namely through the standard, manual, Order-to-Cash (O2C) procedure, Talkdesk Express is subject to the comprehensive application of the pricebook and the partner rules of engagement.

The Talkdesk Express API I includes 4 endpoints whose entitlement is only granted to signed and enabled partners of Talkdesk.
