Important to Notice
- The Talkdesk Express free trial is a Click-to-Trial provision that extends for a limited duration of 15 days and is available for use by a maximum of 10 users for net-new customers only.
- This trial includes a nominal telecommunication credit of $100, intended for deployment as TD Minutes.
- At the expiration of the initial 15-day trial, the instance enters a suspended mode and remains in such a state for an additional 90 days.
- During such time, end-users retain the ability to opt-in and convert into paying customers through a fully automated process at the rate specified by the Talkdesk Partner.
Trigger an Express Trial
If the Organisation is prepared to host Express accounts, and your role in the Support Dashboard has been granted the permission, you are able to trigger new Talkdesk Express accounts.

As a Talkdesk Partner you were granted 3 Organisations that are prepared to host Express accounts, one per each one of the 3 regions where Talkdesk Express is able to be triggered, namely US, EU and CA.
- Please make sure that you check the Organisation where you are triggering the new Talkdesk Express account, as those Organisations are directly mapped to the respective regions where Talkdesk owns a datacenter.
Filling in the Form
Company Name
The name of company the admin user works for. This will be used to populate the account record in Talkdesk’s CRM, and needs to be unique.
Company Website
The URL of the company the admin user works for. This will be used to populate the account record in Talkdesk’s CRM, and needs to be unique.
Phone Number
A phone number of the admin user or the company. This will be used to populate the account record in Talkdesk’s CRM.
Admin Name
The name of the user that will receive the first invite to login into the newly created Express trial instance
Admin Email
The email of the user that will receive the first invite to login into the newly created Express trial instance
Account Name
The name of the Talkdesk Express instance that is to be created. This will be used to populate the account record in Talkdesk’s CRM, and needs to be unique.
Account Login
Define the type of authentication for the account being created. Options are:
- Credentials - Email and Password
- Single Sign-On can simplify the login process where the customer already has one of the following providers:
- Microsoft
- Salesforce
The customer is always capable of changing the login type within their own Talkdesk instance through Admin -> Security Settings -> Authentication
Leverage the Express API
The Talkdesk Express API empowers Talkdesk partners to run their Express Business with Talkdesk in a programmatic fashion.
This Talkdesk Express API eliminates the need to log into any Talkdesk interface, allowing partners to seamlessly manage their resold instances, ensuring a fully dematerialised experience.
The Talkdesk Express API I includes 4 endpoints whose entitlement is only granted to signed and enabled partners of Talkdesk.
