Partners reselling Talkdesk Express are able to configure several settings that are applied to the Talkdesk Instances running Express.
These settings are applied per Talkdesk ORG, i.e. are ORG wide and enforced to all the pre-existing or newly created Talkdesk Instances that belong to such Talkdesk ORG.

The “Default Settings” call-to-action is available in the Talkdesk ORG screen in the Support Dashboard, as show below.
Express Settings

Currency
Per Talkdesk Org, you as a Talkdesk Partner, can decide to show the end customer in Talkdesk Express, a specified currency when he/she is deciding to convert from a Talkdesk Express trial, as shown below, for the “€” example.

Price
Per Talkdesk Org, you as a Talkdesk Partner, can decide to show the end customer a specified price when he/she is deciding to convert from a Talkdesk Express trial, as shown below, for the “35 GBP” example.
Terms & Conditions Link
Per Talkdesk Org, you as a Talkdesk Partner, can decide which T&Cs are shown to the user he/she is deciding to convert from a Talkdesk Express trial.
This means partners can mitigate their liability, by having users accept their Terms & Conditions as a pre-requisite to be able to convert from a Talkdesk Express trial into a paid subscription.
Notification Email(s)
Per Talkdesk Org, you as a Talkdesk Partner, can now start receiving an email notification every time a Talkdesk Express instance you manage performs a contract action, namely:
- The instance is provisioned as a Trial
- The trial is converted
- An amendment to the contract is performed in terms of the seat count (aka # of licenses)
- A contract is set to terminate (aka Cancel) at the end of the then-current month.
