Talkdesk Express: Entitlement

Entitlement to Talkdesk Express, is a two step process and is only available to Talkdesk Partners.

Step 1

To ask for access to Talkdesk Express as a Talkdesk Partner, own, please:

  1. Send an email to partners@talkdesk.com
    • In the “Subject” field, please copy and past the following: “I would like access to Talkdesk Express
    • In the “Description” field, please copy and past the following: “As a partner, I’m requesting access to Talkdesk Express

Step 2

Talkdesk’s team will schedule a call with you and will:

  • Create new Talkdesk Organizations to host the new Talkdesk Express Instances, one for each Talkdesk region, as a way to fully segregate accesses for compliance reasons.
  • Create and share with you the corresponding 3 new OAuth Clients, and scopes, enabling you to connect to the Talkdesk Express API

To understand which “Organizations” you, as a Talkdesk Partner, own, please:

  1. Log in Support Dashboard and click on “Organizations” or
  2. Send an email to partners@talkdesk.com
    • In the “Subject” field, please copy and past the following: “I need a list of the Talkdesk Organizations I own as a Talkdesk Partner
    • In the “Description” field, please copy and past the following: “I’m requesting a list of the “names” and “IDs” for all Organizations I own as a Talkdesk Partner
