Support Dashboard: Billing Settings Lifecycle

This section shows what is the current account status within a given workflow. Depending on the permissions your role is entitled, you may have the ability to edit the setting, or not. You can know more which “lifecycle” permissions you’re entitled to per your role HERE.

Status: Suspend and Reactivate an account

Click on “Suspend”

Provide a reason as to why you’re changing the account status into “Suspended.”

If and when needed, you can “Reactivate” the account, i.e. move the account back to an “Active” status, by clicking on the respective call-to-action.

Click on “Extend”
