UC Phone

UC Phone DISABLE is the default value for a new Talkdesk Instance. ENABLED means that Talkdesk Phone can be activated for the Talkdesk Instance. SIP Status

SIP Status DISABLE is the default value for a new Talkdesk Instance. ENABLED value means you can configure SIP devices in the Talkdesk Instance. Agent SIP phones

Agent SIP phones depend on the setting SIP Status to be enabled. Once the SIP Status is enabled under the Agents profile you can request the SIP credential to configure SIP soft phones for the Agents. Agent SIP phones domain

Agent SIP phones depend on the setting SIP Status to be enabled. Once the SIP Statius is enabled, you can see the ACL default domain here. As this is a permissions protected feature, you may not have access to tit. Check The Role-Based Access Permissions HERE: Support Dashboard: Partner Role-Based Permissions

 

SIP Outbound

Global configuration for all account numbers. Should not be used, as it has the potential to override working configurations. As this is a permissions protected feature, you may not have access to tit. Check The Role-Based Access Permissions HERE: Support Dashboard: Partner Role-Based Permissions

 

SIP Router

On SIP Router field, click on Update and the account will be synced. Syncing the account now automatically creates the ACL on Twilio. Keep in mind you need to select the template in the UC Providers to correctly sync the account. As this is a permissions protected feature, you may not have access to tit.
