Once the SIP Status is enabled under the Agents profile you can request the SIP credential to configure SIP soft phones for the Agents. Agent SIP phones domain
Agent SIP phones depend on the setting SIP Status to be enabled. Once the SIP Statius is enabled, you can see the ACL default domain here. On SIP Router field, click on Update and the account will be synced. Syncing the account now automatically creates the ACL on Twilio.
