Support Dashboard: Entitlement

To be granted access to the Support Dashboard, Partners are required to follow the process described below.

Request Access

To request access to the Talkdesk Support Dashboard:

  1. Access is provided at a specific partner user level. Talkdesk does not accept distribution list access requests. Each access needs to be provided to one actual individual with a partner professional e-mail account.

  2. Each partner user needs to be registered as a Partner Portal account member on the Talkdesk Partner Portal.

  3. Each partner user needs to successfully complete Support training on Talkdesk Academy.

  4. Then, Partner main contact should send an email to partners@talkdesk.com asking access to Support Dashboard for the designated Partner Member(s) identifying their Name(s) and Email(s).

  5. After Talkdesk approval access is provided in up to 2 business days.

Also please note that Talkdesk Support Dashboard access is intended for regular customer support. Talkdesk will deactivate Support Dashboard users not logged in for over 30 consecutive days.”

 

Activate your access

Talkdesk leverages OKTA as the Identity Provider (IdP) and Single-Sign On (SSO) tool.

When your access is created you will receive an email in your inbox. Click on the “Activate OKTA Account” button, and follow the steps to setup Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

Note: you will have 7 days to activate before the link expires
