To be granted access to the Support Dashboard, Partners are required to follow the process described below.
Request Access
To request a partner email account from Talkdesk, please:
- Reach out to your assigned Channel Manager or
- Send an email to partners@talkdesk.com
- In the “Subject” field, please copy and past the following: “I'm requesting access to the Support Dashboard of Talkdesk”
- In the “Description” field, please copy and past the following: “I’m requesting entitlment to OKTA as a way to be granted access to the Support Dashboard, as a Talkdesk Partner”
The request will be handled by the channel team at Talkdesk. At any time, to know of the status of the request you can reach out to your assigned Channel Manager.
Activate your Partner email account
Talkdesk leverages OKTA as the Identity Provider (IdP) and Single-Sign On (SSO) tool.
When your access is created you will receive an email in your inbox. Click on the “Activate OKTA Account” button, and follow the steps to setup Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Note: you will have 7 days to activate before the link expires
