Users can use Talkdesk Interaction Analytics™ to export its data. This action can be done via three different approaches, which will be explained below in this article.
Manual Solution
Customers can easily export their Search results into a .csv file by going to Interaction Analytics > “Search” [1] > clicking the Export button [2].
After clicking the button, users will be shown an “Export Search” modal [3] where they can select the specific metadata to be exported. After making the selection, using the Export button [4] will begin the process of exporting the data to a CSV file.
Automated solution: API-Based

By leveraging the Conversations API, users can programmatically export Interaction Analytics data. For full information on this process, please read this article.
Automated solution: Event-Based
Whenever a new transcript is ready and available in Interaction Analytics, an event is emitted by Talkdesk Integrations.
The event will be available for configuration via Talkdesk Builder [1] > Email Notifier > Integrations [2] > + Create automation button [3] .
In the “Configure the automation” section [4], the event name will be selectable in the “when” [5] field with the name “interaction transcription is available” [6].
