In most countries and regions, toll-free numbers are considered an inbound-only service from a regulatory perspective.

Therefore, when Talkdesk provides toll-free numbers, we are unable to offer guarantees that these numbers can be used for outbound calling, and it should be noted that this capability could be impacted at any time by further regulatory changes or restrictions.

Talkdesk always recommends a non-toll-free number be used for outbound dialing,  to ensure there are no issues with outbound calls, and no sudden changes in outbound calling behavior.
