If you wish to allow your agents to log in to Talkdesk using their Google credentials, follow these instructions:
Note: To be able to use this integration agents' Talkdesk login email addresses must match the Google account email.
- Log into your Talkdesk account as an Administrator
- Select the 'Admin' section from the top navigation bar [1]
- Select the ‘Preferences’ tab [2]
- Scroll down to ‘Single Sign-On Provider' and select Google from the dropdown menu [3]
- 'Save' your changes [4].
Now, when logging in to Talkdesk, agents simply need to press the ‘Login with Google’ button:
If agents are not yet signed in to Google an authentication window will pop up asking to confirm the login details there:
You will then be prompted to allow Talkdesk to access your Google account information:
