If you wish to allow your agents to log in to Talkdesk using their Google credentials, please follow the instructions below.
Note: To be able to use this integration, the agents' Talkdesk login email addresses must match the Google account email.
1. Log into your Talkdesk account as an Administrator.
2. Select the Admin section from the top navigation bar [1].
3. Select the Preferences tab [2].
4. Scroll down to ‘“Single Sign-On Provider” and select Google from the dropdown menu [3].
Now, when logging in to Talkdesk, agents simply need to press the Login with Google button.
If agents are not yet signed in to Google, an authentication window will pop up asking to confirm the login details.
Agents will then be prompted to allow Talkdesk to access their Google account information.
