SSO with Google credentials

To configure Google email as your Single Sign-On provider for Talkdesk, please proceed with the following steps:

  1. Access the Admin menu, and select “Security Settings” [1].:
  2. Locate the "Single sign-on provider" section [2]
  3. Select "Google" [3] from the dropdown list as the designated provider. 
  4. Confirm the selection by choosing Save [4].

Note: To be able to use this integration, the agents' Talkdesk login email addresses must match their Google account email.

Authorization for the specified Talkdesk account to authenticate users via Google email as the Identity Provider is now enabled.

If agents are not yet signed in to Google, an authentication window will pop up asking to confirm the login details. 

 

Subsequently, a prompt will appear requesting authorization for Talkdesk to access your Google account details. To grant authorization, click Allow [5].
