Creating Notification Workspace Actions in Workato

Workato allows you to integrate Talkdesk with other products supported by the Workato ecosystem through a Custom Connector.
This Custom Connector contains various triggers and actions. One of these actions is Create Workspace Notification in Talkdesk, which allows the user to create a Notification in the Talkdesk workspace or send an email directly from Workato.

To configure this action, you will need to include code sections for either email or push notifications. Use the following samples as guidance:
