With Talkdesk Agent Workspace generally available, we are deprecating some tools in our Legacy application. As part of these updates, Live and Explore reporting data will be redirected to Talkdesk Workspace. This will allow for reduced load on our system and improved overall performance.
What is the impact of this upgrade?
Live and Explore data will only be accessible through Talkdesk Workspace following the End of Life date. All functionalities and capabilities will be the same.
What action is required?
After the update, users will need to click the redirect link under the Reporting tab to access Live and Explore data through Talkdesk Workspace. This data is available to customers using Main Dialer, Callbar, or Workspace.
