If you need Technical Support related with Talkdesk AppConnect “My Apps”, namely the items listed below, please submit a request in the Talkdesk Support Portal by following these steps.
- Select Technical and Product Support as your request type.
- Enter your email address, subject, and description.
- In “Product Area”, select AppConnect.
- Choose one of these options from the list:
- App Configuration / Administration: For issues that occur when managing an App on Talkdesk My Apps (Users, Plans, Auto Install, Versions)
- App Install / Uninstall: For issues that occur when installing or uninstalling an App on Talkdesk My Apps.
- Select another option other than English, if you need support in another language.
- Hit Submit.
If you need Technical and Product Support specific to the Partner’s App, please follow these steps:
- If the App is installed in Talkdesk My Apps, click on the settings button and then click Contact partner. This will open an email to partner support and CC Talkdesk via email@example.com for visibility and quality control.
- If the App is not installed in Talkdesk My Apps, please reach out to the Partner directly by clicking on the links below which open a pre-filled out email to partner support, and CC Talkdesk via firstname.lastname@example.org for visibility and quality control:
