Branded and Verified Calls Overview

Using Branded and Verified Calls, agents can contact clients with registered numbers, displaying organization information on the client’s phone. Specifically, when clients receive verified calls, they can see the caller name, company logo, and call reason on their phone, all of which can be customized, setting the ground for successful conversations.

This is an example of what a client may see when receiving a verified call:


Note: Clients must have their network connection enabled on their phone so that they can see the organization information upon incoming calls. Currently, this feature is only available on Android devices.

As the identity of the organization is confirmed in real time, it assures the client that the call is from a verified entity, thus increasing call answer rates and building trust.

Branded and Verified Calls is available to customers who are using Talkdesk Financial Services Experience Cloud™ for Banking. If you wish to start using it, contact your Customer Success Manager.

Making Branded and Verified Calls

To make branded and verified calls, you need to install Talkdesk Predictive Dialer™ and create a campaign first. After that, run a campaign to allow agents to handle calls with Predictive Dialer.
