Banking Connector represents an important feature of Talkdesk Financial Services Experience Cloud™ for Banking. It provides out-of-the-box integrations with core banking systems such as FiServ, Jack Henry, and FIS to access the client’s information from Talkdesk products such as the Banking Agent Workspace, IVR, Virtual Agents, and Payments and Collections Reminders.
The client information and actions integrated with core banking systems include, for example:
- Contact information
- Account balance
- Bank card management
- Due and upcoming payments
- Payoff amount
- Transfer of funds
Note: Depending on the integration, additional client information may be included with the Banking Connector.
With access to key client data and activities, agents are able to gain a more comprehensive view of clients as they handle calls, using a single pane of glass. Clients can also have access to self-service capabilities over the phone or chat.
