Banking Connector represents an important feature of Talkdesk Financial Services Experience Cloud™ for Banking. It provides out-of-the-box integrations with core banking systems to display the client’s information across key capabilities, such as Banking Workspace, Visual IVR, and Payments and Collections Reminders.
The client information retrieved from core banking systems includes:
- Contact information
- Account balance
- Transactions
- Bank cards
- Due and upcoming payments
Note: Depending on the integration, more client information may be included with the Banking Connector.
With access to key client data and activities, agents are able to gain a more comprehensive view of clients as they handle calls, using a single pane of glass. Besides, the same information is also available for self-service tools.
