On Tuesday, 15 June 2021, Talkdesk Academy incorporated Talkdesk’s bold new corporate identity to reflect the next phase of growth, driving toward our vision to provide a better way for organizations to unlock the promise and potential of great customer service.
The new design comprises a fresh purple color palette and updated brand elements, featuring inclusive and diverse visual representations and illustrations that reflect the importance of human connection. Learn more about the new Talkdesk brand.
We’ll be rolling out the new brand across all of our Academy courses in the coming weeks. No structural changes are going into effect.
What happened to my existing completed courses and certificates?
If you already have a certificate, it remains valid and you are not forced to retake the courses.
From ‘My Profile’, in the menu in the top-right corner, you are still able to check your previous registrations and certificates:
The registrations section displays the following course information:
- Course Title (clickable link)
- Enrollment date
- Status (e.g. 3 of 6 lessons)
- Badge/Certificate (clickable link, if available)
- Completion date
- Score (if applicable)
- Email notifications (uncheck to opt out)

After completing all the lessons in a particular Certification, you will receive an email with the badge. This badge can be downloaded and added to your LinkedIn profile to demonstrate your contact center proficiency.
