Duplicating a Campaign

With Talkdesk Outbound Dialer™ you can duplicate a campaign. 

To perform this action, after logging in to your Talkdesk account, please follow these steps:

1. Click on the duplicate icon [1] next to the campaign you want to duplicate. A pop-up window will appear.

2. Give the duplicate campaign a new name [2] and select Create. To undo this, choose Cancel [4].

Afterward, the copy of the selected campaign will appear.

Note: The agents and all the settings are duplicated, except for the record list. If you don't assign a list to the new campaign, then the new campaign will be in an incomplete state and the Outbound Dialer will not be able to run it.
