On Wednesday, December 2nd, 2020, Talkdesk® is releasing the third major update of Mobile Agent for iOS and Android: Mobile Agent 3.0.
Mobile Agent 3.0 includes bug fixes and enhancements, along with warm transfers functionality for both iOS and Android platforms.
The warm transfer feature enables users to hand-off calls to a supervisor, another agent, or a subject matter expert. Agents can do it easily whether transferring to an agent, a ring group, or an external number, with the opportunity to speak with the other party before performing the transfer so they can ensure the customer has a smooth and seamless handoff, and the new party has any context they may need.
