On Tuesday, November 3rd, 2020, Talkdesk is releasing version 4.4 of Talkdesk® Omnichannel™. We are introducing several new features and enhancements, including:
- Content-based routing;
- Conversation and queue status across teams;
- Rich formatting in live chat welcome message;
- Customer qualification through quick replies in live chat;
- New "Asset Name" column in the "Sent and received message logs" report.
- Enhancements around live chats, including the support of carousels with visual cards and the introduction of notification sounds;
- Enhancements around interactive messages in Apple Business Chat (APIs);
- Enhancements around the agent console and virtual agents;
- Other minor enhancements and bug fixes.
