On Tuesday, November 3rd, 2020, Talkdesk is releasing version 4.4 of Talkdesk® Omnichannel™. We are introducing several new features and enhancements, including:


  • Content-based routing;
  • Conversation and queue status across teams;
  • Rich formatting in live chat welcome message;
  • Customer qualification through quick replies in live chat;
  • New "Asset Name" column in the "Sent and received message logs" report.


  • Enhancements around live chats, including the support of carousels with visual cards and the introduction of notification sounds;
  • Enhancements around interactive messages in Apple Business Chat (APIs);
  • Enhancements around the agent console and virtual agents;
  • Other minor enhancements and bug fixes.
