Running a Campaign

In order to initiate your campaign and start handling outbound calls, proceed with the following steps:

  1. Go to Campaigns [1].
  2. Click Start [2] on the right side of the campaign you want to activate.

3. Select Start [3] on the pop-up window.

After this, your agents will start handling calls with the Outbound Dialer. All calls will follow the campaign settings while the campaign is active. With its usage, you can take advantage of Talkdesk's Callbar Auto-Answer feature, which allows the call to be automatically answered.
