In order to initiate your campaign and start handling outbound calls, proceed with the following steps:
- Go to Campaigns [1].
- Click Start [2] on the right side of the campaign you want to activate.
3. Select Start [3] on the pop-up window.
After this, your agents will start handling calls with the Talkdesk Dialer™. All calls will follow the campaign settings while the campaign is active. With its usage, you can take advantage of Talkdesk's Callbar Auto-Answer feature, which allows the call to be automatically answered.
