On Wednesday, March 18th, 2020, we have changed the way the Mobile Agent is enabled:
- The Mobile Agent is now automatically enabled for Professional Plus and Enterprise customers.
- All customers that have Mobile Agent enabled will be able to turn it on and off in Talkdesk main web application without needing to contact customer support.
