This is a reminder notice for any customer who has the Salesforce Desk.com integration. Salesforce previously issued a notice that on March 13, 2018 they will End of Sale Desk.com, and that on March 13, 2020 the product will End of Life.
When will the change happen?
On March 13, 2020 Salesforce Desk.com will End of Life.
What do I need to do?
If you have BOTH Salesforce and Desk.com integrations:
- Fully migrate all data from Desk.com to Salesforce; and
- Remove Desk.com integration from your system
If you ONLY have a Desk.com integration:
- Migrate to Salesforce or another CRM provider before March 13, 2020; and
- Remove Desk.com integration from your system
- Our CSM and Support teams can help with any migration questions you have
What else should I know?
Please note that many differences exist between how Salesforce and Desk.com are configured. As such, some features may not work the same or may not even be available on Salesforce.
