On Friday, May 24, we will be releasing the following new features and enhancements:
- Contact sync in the Pipedrive integration now supports also contact deletion. If this option is enabled when configuring the integration, contacts deleted in Pipedrive will also get deleted in Talkdesk.
- Help Scout integration now uses oAuth 2.0 authentication to connect to an Help Scout instance.
- The number of agents displayed per page in the Agents section has been increased from 10 to 100.
