Talkdesk Omnichannel: Agent Guide

To get started using Talkdesk Omnichannel, click the Omnichannel section in Talkdesk main web application:

Or Callbar:

You will then be displayed your Inbox:

The Inbox shows all customer inquiries coming from your social channels, support emails, live chat or mentions of your brand on forums and blogs.

Post are assigned to you after clicking on the Get Posts button.

Also, under the button you can see the actual backlog of unassigned posts at the moment (the backlog represents the Intelligent Workflow settings):
