If you see this message while trying to login or to configure Two- factor Authentication, one of the following situations may apply.

  • There has been a timeout while requesting the Security Key validation. In this case, clicking the try again link should solve it.
  • The browser you’re using is not compatible with U2F protocol. In this case, please make sure you’re using the latest version of the Google Chrome browser, which includes support for the U2F protocol.
  • The Security Key you’re using is not compatible with U2F protocol. If you need a compatible security key, we recommend using YubiKey.
