On Tuesday, November 20, we’ll be releasing Callbar Version 1.19, with the progressive roll-out to all accounts of the following new Callbar feature and fix:

 

New:

  • Call Quality Feedback: gives agents the option to rate the quality of the call when it ends, directly from the call disposition window in Callbar.

 

Fixes:

  • USB audio output failing on Callbar for windows machines.
