- Fixed issue with disposition screen sometimes appearing to agents mid-call.
- Fixed issue with disposition screen not displaying to agents after completing a blind transfer to voicemail.
- Disabled transfer, hold and add guest buttons on Callbar before the contact is connected with the agent on Queue Callbacks.
- Removed hold capability for agents that are added to a conference call.
