Talkdesk Live (legacy) Multiple Dashboards


Talkdesk Live (legacy) can be configured to display multiple customized dashboards tailored for your call center's team or queue specific needs. Each admin and supervisor can customize his/her own dashboards.  


Duplicating Talkdesk Live (legacy) Dashboards:  

To duplicate and add a new dashboard in Talkdesk Live (legacy) follow these steps:

  • Sign into your account as an administrator or supervisor.
  • Access the "Reporting” section [1] on the top menu.
  • Select the “Live (legacy)" tab [2].
  • Click the More options "..." button [3] .
  • Select the "Duplicate" option [4].

A window will pop up asking you to type in a name for the dashboard. If no name is entered a new "Untitled Dashboard copy" dashboard is created.  We recommend renaming it to a more useful title so you always know which dashboard you’re looking into when selecting from multiple options:

  • Click ‘Save [5].


Selecting, Renaming and Deleting Dashboards:  

You can edit, rename and delete dashboards at any time. To do this, simply select the dashboard you wish to rename or delete from the Dashboards drop down menu [6] at the top left:  


  • Click the More options "..." button [7] .
  • Select the 'Rename' or 'Delete' option [8]:

Note: The delete option deletes all of the selected dashboard configurations and cannot be undone.

  • Enter the new name for your dashboard and save it:

  • Or confirm you wish to delete it.
