  • Usability improvements in the main Talkdesk web application navigation bar: ‘Call History’ section renamed ‘Calls’ and ‘My Apps’ menu moved to the left of the ‘Web Mode/Widget Mode’ selector, plus other minor UI readability enhancements.
  • Added the option to choose the Source of a new ticket in Freshdesk (both in actions and automations).
