  • Reporting security: all files related to scheduled reports now require authentication in Talkdesk in order to be downloaded.

  • Resolved an issue in which the ‘Normalize Audio Input’ setting would be overridden, allowing the browser to adjust the audio input level.
  • Resolved an issue in which agents on outbound calls would see the message ‘Another agent has already answered this call.’ preventing Callbar from showing the disposition screen.
