Is it possible to change the amount of time the call rings each agent?

Ringing time is an account and number level setting and its default is 35 seconds.

This means Talkdesk will dial agents devices or If-No-Answer/IVR external numbers for this maximum amount of time before call goes back to the queue or voicemail, depending on the account or number  routing settings
