- Invoices Tab General Availability Release:
- Talkdesk Invoices tab is now deployed and visible to all customers.
- Invoice Settings. Besides viewing and downloading invoices, admins can now also edit company information and invoice details.
- Call switching is now enabled by default on all accounts in the main Talkdesk web application.
- Blacklist now supports any number format.
- Minor visual improvements to the Voicemail section (no changes to UI behavior).
- Changing existing IVR option from "send to new IVR" to "forward to phone number" could not be saved.
