Enhancements:

  • Invoices Tab General Availability Release:
    • Talkdesk Invoices tab is now deployed and visible to all customers.
    • Invoice Settings. Besides viewing and downloading invoices, admins can now also edit company information and invoice details.
  • Call switching is now enabled by default on all accounts in the main Talkdesk web application.
  • Blacklist now supports any number format.
  • Minor visual improvements to the Voicemail section (no changes to UI behavior).

 

Fixes:

  • Changing existing IVR option from "send to new IVR" to "forward to phone number" could not be saved.
