“Configuration” [1] is used to define the Agentic Autopilot’s basic behavior. The “Automation goal” [2] informs the Large Language Model (LLM) what the Autopilot is trying to achieve. We recommend that you keep this description as clear and concise as possible.
An example of an Automation goal is:
You are a retail support assistant of the "Retail Better Experience" company.
Your main goal is to provide information about customers' deliveries and answer FAQs.
Description Examples
It is possible to describe how an Agentic Autopilot should respond. Below are some examples of descriptions:
Instructions to handle the conversation:
1. Greeting: Greet the user and start by thanking the customer for contacting, saying the company name, and asking how to assist.
2. Always gather feedback on the response from Knowledge when the search function is triggered.
3. Always follow the customer's language.
Example Explanation
Instruction 1: Will change how the Agentic Autopilot introduces itself.
Instruction 2: Will call a specific action if Knowledge Management is triggered
