This affects only a small group of customers. The administrators of the affected customers have been notified via email, and action is required to keep the integration operational beyond October 31, 2024; keep reading for more details. If you did not receive an email, your account is not impacted.
What is changing and why
The existing authentication method is being deprecated by InfusionSoft / Keap and will no longer be supported after next Thursday, October 31 (more information here). Therefore, we are updating this integration to use OAuth 2.0, which will be available starting October 28, 2024.
Action required
To avoid any disruption in service, please complete the steps below to transition to OAuth 2.0 until October 31, 2024.
Important: We recommend manually backing up any current automation configurations before initiating this process; however, the automations should re-appear as disabled when re-configuring the integration. To recover the automation functionality you should re-enable them after configuring the integration as detailed below.
- Delete the current integration: Go to Builder > Integrations > InfusionSoft > Configurations > Delete Integration.
- Re-install the Integration: Go to Builder > Integrations, Add New Integration (a), add InfusionSoft / Keap Integration (b) and, when configuring, select the new Connect (c) action which will enable OAuth 2.0 authentication; this step must be done with Talkdesk open on the browser.

- Re-enable Automations (if applicable): any previously configured automations will remain available but will need to be re-enabled. To do this, simply navigate to the Automations section and toggle them back on.
