Product Notice: Service Disruption - Restore Email Service [Action May Be Required]

Customers using Microsoft Outlook emails may have disconnected email touchpoints and are unable to send or receive emails. To restore email service, please reconnect the touchpoint.

Failure to complete this action will result in the inability to send or receive emails. Reconnecting will restore all pending emails without any loss.

Action needed - Reconnection steps:

  1. Navigate to the Admin interface and select Channels.
  2. Choose Email and locate the email address for reconnection.
  3. Click the Action button (three dots) > Edit > Reconnect.
