To allow your agents to log in to Callbar using their Salesforce, Okta, Google account, OneLogin or SAML credentials, please follow the instructions in the article Talkdesk Single Sign-on.
Once SSO is enabled, a new button is displayed allowing agents to use their SSO credentials to log in to Talkdesk.
Note: With SSO, new agents added to a Salesforce account using Talkdesk for Salesforce Managed Package are no longer required to create a Talkdesk username and password in order to access Callbar.
Logging into Callbar using SSO
When launching Callbar for the first time, you will be prompted to type in the account name:
- Type in your Talkdesk account name and press Next.
- A browser window will pop up outside Callbar. To log in to Talkdesk with the selected SSO provider, simply click the ‘Login with’ button.
- If you are not yet signed in to your default SSO provider application, you will be asked to confirm the login details. Type in your Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, Okta, OneLogin or SAML credentials.
- Callbar will then automatically authenticate your credentials.
That’s it! You can now start making and receiving calls using Callbar.
