Callbar Single Sign-on (SSO)


To allow your agents to login to Callbar using their Salesforce, Okta, Google account or OneLogin credentials please follow these instructions.

Once SSO is enabled, a new button is displayed allowing agents to use their SSO credentials to login to Talkdesk. 

Note: With SSO, new agents added to a Salesforce account using Talkdesk for Salesforce Managed Package are no longer required to create a Talkdesk username and password in order to access Callbar.


Logging into Callbar using SSO

When launching Callbar for the first time, you will be prompted to type in the domain name:

  • Type in your Talkdesk account name and press ‘Next’.


  • A browser window will pop up outside Callbar. To login to Talkdesk with the selected SSO provider, simply click the ‘Login with’ button:



  • If you are not yet signed in to your default SSO provider application, you will be asked to confirm the login details. Type in your Salesforce, Okta, Google account or OneLogin credentials:


  • Callbar will then automatically authenticate your credentials.


That’s it! You can now start making and receiving calls using Callbar
