Supervisors and Admins can now filter by multiple ring groups in Talkdesk Live (legacy), since they may be interested in monitoring 2, 3 or more rings groups, and not just one or all existing ring groups.
When multiple ring groups are selected, only calls and agents related with those ring groups will show up on the widget metrics.
Multi-ring group selection will be maintained when inside the drill-down view.
Ticking the ‘All Ring Groups’ box will display results for all ring groups again.
