Low credit warnings

In addition to an email notification, low credit warnings are displayed in the application to all Admins and Supervisors so that action can be taken (e.g., manual recharge of credits) to prevent disruption to your operations.

Talkdesk will emit low credit warnings via a dismissible banner every time the account credits drop below 15%, 10%, and 5% of your expected credit usage per month (calculated from your credit commit):

For external payment customers (e.g., invoice), the warning will be emitted when credits go into the negative (i.e., overdraft) beyond 85%, 90%, and 95% of your expected credit usage per month:

This warning can be dismissed, if you are confident you will not overspend your credits before your next credit commit. If you are receiving too many of these warnings, you may consider upgrading your credit commit through your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or by emailing billing@talkdesk.com.
