When viewing the Billing tab, you'll see the amount of credit remaining in your account.
This credit is deducted in real-time, for four items:
- Call charges.
- Phone number charges (the monthly cost for these - deducted monthly on the date that the number was added to the account).
- Flex agents (if applicable).
- Voicemail Transcriptions.
The credit is added to your account in three ways:
Other important points:
- The credit remaining amount is never used for your monthly subscription charges. Those are charged monthly.
- Please note, we do not refund unused credit balances.
