When viewing the Billing tab, you'll see the amount of credit remaining in your account. For example:
This credit is deducted in real-time, for four things:
- Call charges
- Phone number charges (the monthly cost for these - deducted monthly on the date that number was added to the account)
- Flex agents (if applicable)
- Voicemail Transcriptions
The credit is added to your account in three ways:
- one-off recharge
- automatic recharge
- monthly credit commit (as specified on your contract)
Other important points:
- The credit remaining amount is never used for your monthly subscription charges. Those are charged monthly.
- Please note, we do not refund unused credit balances.
