When you view the Billing tab, you'll see the amount of credit remaining in your account.
This credit is deducted in real-time, for six items:
- Call charges.
- Phone number charges (the monthly cost for these - deducted monthly on the date that the number was added to the account).
- Flex agents (the product was discontinued, but is still available for legacy accounts).
- Voicemail Transcriptions.
- Speech to Text Transcriptions.
The credit is added to your account in three ways:
- One-time payment.
- Automatic recharge
- Monthly credit commit (as specified on your contract).
Other important information:
- The remaining credit amount is never used for your recurring subscription charges (e.g., Agent Licenses).
- Please note that we do not refund unused credit balances.
