Using Account Credit

When you view the Billing tab, you'll see the amount of credit remaining in your account. 

For example:


This credit is deducted in real-time, for six items:

  • Call charges.
  • Phone number charges (the monthly cost for these - deducted monthly on the date that the number was added to the account).
  • Flex agents (the product was discontinued, but is still available for legacy accounts).
  • SMS/MMS.
  • Voicemail Transcriptions.
  • Speech to Text Transcriptions.

The credit is added to your account in three ways:

Other important information:

  • The remaining credit amount is never used for your recurring subscription charges (e.g., Agent Licenses).
  • Please note that we do not refund unused credit balances.
