Our charges are applied according to three different variables: agents subscription, phone numbers and call prices.
Once your 14-day free trial ends, you can continue using your Talkdesk account by subscribing one of the 3 available plans that best suits your needs: Express, Professional or Enterprise.
- Express - Billed annually. Best suited for smaller call centers with 3 to 10 agents. This plan includes all basic Talkdesk call center functionalities and 1 CRM or Helpdesk integration. Call minutes are paid separately and email support is available at all times.
- Professional - Billed annually. Includes Talkdesk’s Pro Features, up to 2 Integrations with CRM tools, and email support. Up to 100 agents. Minutes are sold separately.
- Enterprise - Billed annually. Includes all Talkdesk Enterprise Features, custom integrations support via our API, custom daily reporting, a dedicated account manager, phone and email support and a Service Level Agreement. Call minutes are sold separately.
An account can only subscribe to one plan. For example, it’s not possible to have x agents in the Professional plan and x admin agents in the Express plan. All agents within an account need to be subscribed to the same plan.

Every plan includes a free USA/Canada phone number. We offer phone numbers in more than 40 different countries, that can be acquired directly from your Talkdesk account.
Prices for each phone number are listed when you purchase a number to your account (they may vary depending on the country and the number type). When a new number is purchased, the cost is deducted from your account credit.
Your Talkdesk purchased numbers will be billed monthly according to the day of the month they were added.
You can also port your existing phone numbers to Talkdesk free of charge.
Talkdesk also allows you to forward calls from an external phone number that's associated to an existing SIP PBX system - this means that no porting is necessary and it allows us to accept different types of numbers from all over the world that aren't necessarily provided by us.
Any calls you make and receive are charged on a per minute basis and call rates vary according to each country.

Your subscription is billed from your credit card or invoice, depending on the payment method you choose, but call costs and phone numbers are billed from your account credits. Account credits are recurring and will be charged even if not used.
Invoiced customers will be able to run up to a negative balance equal to their credit commit (e.g. if you commit to buying $10,000 in credit per quarter, you will no longer be able to make calls once your account balance reaches -$10,000.). Regardless of the contracted billing cycle, negative balances will be invoiced monthly.
