Different items are billed at different times. Subscriptions are billed from your credit card if that is your preferred payment method. Alternatively, subscriptions that are invoiced, are considered paid once the wire/bank transfer or check amount is received in our bank account.
Usage-related costs are deducted from your account credits which can be topped up. Usage-related costs contain all items described in the Usage Pricing article.
If you would like a more detailed report of the cost breakdown, you can use the Invoices tab. A detailed usage report can be requested from your Customer Success Manager or through firstname.lastname@example.org.
