Deleting / removing an IVR tree


The easiest way to delete or remove an IVR tree is to remove any associated prompts, and then setting the IVR welcome message to "None".

It should be noted that the section that allows you to choose how many times to play the message before performing an action is not a prompt, and cannot be removed.
