Callback API is available in Beta to Enterprise Customers only.
It can be used by your customers wanting to initiate callback calls from a website or application (e.g. web-to-lead form).
It behaves exactly like queue callback calls where the agents will receive an inbound call which they have to accept. This generates the outbound call. Learn more about queue callback flow here.
