Can I add a form on my website or app so my customers can request an agent to call them?


Yes, with Talkdesk Callback API. Callback API can be used by your customers wanting to initiate callback calls from a website or application (e.g. web-to-lead form).

It behaves exactly like queue callback calls, where the agents will receive an inbound call which they have to accept. This generates the outbound call.

The Callback API is available in select plans. Please contact your Customer Success Manager or Talkdesk Support to retrieve access tokens and enable Callback API for your account.
