Yes! To export a .csv file with this information, please do the following:
- Log into Talkdesk as an Admin.
- Select the Explore section.
- Choose Default Reports in the filters area.
- Select the Calls Report tab.
- Choose your agent, an interval of time, and call ring groups.
- Hit Run.
- Click on the gear icon, and go to Send.
- On the “Email” section, enter the recipient's email address. You may add multiple addresses.
- Under Advanced Options, pick “All results”.
- Click Send.
The recipient will receive a link via email to download the report.
