Can I export a spreadsheet with the calls, notes, and dispositions?

Yes! To export a .csv file with this information please do the following:

  • Log into Talkdesk as an Admin.
  • Select the Explore section.
  • Scroll down to the Default Reports area.
  • Select the Calls Report tab.
  • Choose your agent, interval of time, and call ring groups.
  • Hit Run.
  • Click on the gear icon, and go to Send.
  • On the “Email” section enter the recipient's email address. You may add multiple addresses.
  • Under Advanced Options pick “All results”.
  • Click Send.

The recipient will receive a link via email to download the report.
