Yes! To export a .csv file with this information please do the following:
- Log into Talkdesk as an Admin.
- Select the 'Reporting' section.
- Select the 'Calls' tab.
- Choose your interval of time and ring groups.
- Click 'Add Recipient' and enter the recipient's email address. You may add multiple addresses.
- Click 'Send'
The recipient will receive a link via email to download the report.
