Can I export a spreadsheet with the calls, notes, and disposition codes?

Yes! To export a .csv file with this information please do the following:

  • Log into Talkdesk as an Admin.
  • Select the 'Reporting' section.
  • Select the 'Calls' tab.
  • Choose your interval of time and ring groups.
  • Click 'Add Recipient' and enter the recipient's email address. You may add multiple addresses.
  • Click 'Send'

The recipient will receive a link via email to download the report.
