How do I configure the waiting queue or transfer music?

When enabled, if a customer is sent to the waiting queue or is on hold waiting to be transferred, we play the default music.

You are welcome to customize your waiting queue and/or hold music. Please send support@talkdesk.com the audio files (mp3 or wav) that you would like your callers to hear and we can upload and configure them for you.

    Hi Greer, the default music will play as long as your waiting queue is not disabled. Follow the instructions here to confirm that is not the case: https://goo.gl/e1ra9W
