How can I review call records by agent?

To review call records by agent, follow these steps: sign in as an administrator and select the “Reporting” section. Once in the "Reporting" section, click on the “Calls” tab.

Select the desired time period for the report, by clicking on the calendar icon. You can also filter the calls by ring group. Next, click on "Send CSV by email".
