How can I review call records by agent?


To review call records by agent follow these steps: first, sign in as an administrator. Then, click the “Reporting” tab on the top left corner of your Talkdesk account.

Once in the reporting section click on the tab labeled “Calls”. Select the desired time period for the report by clicking on the calendar icon on the top right corner. Then click the "Send CSV by email".
